Starter
Minted pea soup served with truffle oil & a parmesan crisp
Trio of melon - Honeydew, gala & watermelon served in a thyme & lemon syrup with lemon sorbet
Smoked salmon & prawn parcel served with lemon & lime crème fraiche
Smoked duck & pancetta salad served with a mango salad
Panko breaded tiger prawns served with a garlic & parsley mayonnaise

Main Course
Roast Norfolk Turkey served with chef’s classic hazelnut stuffing, seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets & rich gravy
Roast fillet of beef sitting on a bed of caramelized onions served with rich mushroom & brandy cream sauce
Paupiette of lemon sole stuffed with prawns & served with a grape sauce
Wild mushroom risotto (V) served with rocket salad, parmesan shavings & a poached duck egg
Roasted lamb rump, roasted with shallots in a mint & thyme jus

A £20 per person non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking and full payment must be received one month prior to the function date.

Please pre-order the Christmas Day Lunch menu choices for each person, using the booking form within the brochure and supply to us no later than Saturday 15th December 2018.

Once full payment has been made, any cancellations for Christmas Day Lunch must be received in writing no later than one month prior to the function date in order to secure a refund – less the original deposit.
