To Start
KAI SATAY – Authentic char-grilled chicken satay served with chilli and sesame pickled cabbage and accompanied with tangy peanut sauce.

CAPITAL SPARE RIBS BANKOK STYLE – Oven baked with Thai herbs and spices, garlic and honey.

TAUD MAN PLA ACHAT – Thai fish cake, fine pieces of cod combined with lemon grass, sweet basil, chilli, ginger, lime zest and coriander pan fried and served with sticky Thai sweet chilli sauce.

PO PIA THOD – Pancake roll, an aromatic and succulent mince pork combined with shrimps, rice noodles, shredded cabbage, carrot, bean shoots, spring onion and garlic encased in a fine filo pastry, deep fried and served with lime, garlic and chilli dip.

KUNG KULADA – Breaded whole tiger prawns with smoky BBQ dip.


Main Course
GAENG MASSAMAN – Succulent pieces of beef cooked in a deep, rich fairly hot red curry sauce enhanced with coconut cream and coriander.

GAENG GARI GAI – Prime tender chicken breast pieces cooked in a medium strength green curry paste infused with fresh Thai herbs and spices.

KHA MU – Crispy pieces of double roasted pork belly served on a bed of steamed broccoli, drizzled over with smoky BBQ sauce.

TOM KHA SALMON – Bite-size chunks of salmon marinated with ground coriander, garlic, Thai pepper powder, ginger, fresh lemon grass, Kaffir lime leaves pan fried with button mushrooms, aubergine finished with a fish and coconut cream sauce with a touch of chilli.
